Canadian Whisky, Bourbon Whisky, and New A prestigious and highly limited release that showcases the pinnacle of Canadian rye whisky craftsmanship. Aged for 21 years in a cold climate, this rare expression features a sophisticated bouquet of toasted oak, dried apricots, and dark honey, accented by the distillery’s signature rye spice and a hint of vanilla. The palate is exceptionally smooth and full-bodied, offering layers of butterscotch, clove, and black pepper, balanced by subtle notes of tobacco and dark chocolate. It concludes with an incredibly long, warming finish that highlights the depth and complexity gained from over two decades of maturation.Oak barrels aged Rare Batch Issue No.2 laying down in a rack style, promoting greater air flow around the barrels at a higher elevation.
