Rested in famous vineyard Silver Oak Cellars American Oak Cabernet Sauvignon casts. The Collaboration is another groundbreaking masterpiece using our ultra-premium tequila and Napa’s esteemed Silver Oak Cellar’s American casks, which has produced a one-of-a-kind, ultra-premium, double barrel-rested, additive-free extra anejo.

AGAVE TYPE: Weber Blue Agave,

AGAVE REGION: Jalisco (Tequila Valley),

REGION: Valles-San Juanito De Escobedo,

COOKING: Stone/Brick Ovens

EXTRACTION: Roller Mill Expeller,

WATER SOURCE: Estate Deep well water,

FERMENTATION: Closed Stainless Steel, Champagne Yeast, Fermentation without fibers,

DISTILLATION: 2x distilled,

STILL: Stainless Steel with Copper Coil,

AGING: 11-Years in New French Oak, Double Barreled 1-Year Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels, 

ABV/PROOF: 40% abv (80-proof)

OTHER: No Additives,

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Oak Wood, Fruit, Strong Cabernet,  

TASTE: Agave, Cabernet, Leathery Fruit notes, smooth longing finish

PRODUCTION: 504 Bottles produced annually  

DECANTER 

Housed in a crystal decanter hand-made by the famous Italian artist Luciano Gambaro on the island of Murano, Italy.
