Nose: Caramelised pineapple, lightly-toasted coconut, cinnamon, vanilla.
Palate: Ripe pineapple, coconut, sweet vanilla, cinnamon and gingerbread, with a velvety mouthfeel and the smoothness of aged rum.
Finish: Warm spices, dry finish.
Colour: Deep amber.
