The Story
This Canadian Baijiu was first commissioned for Chinese New Year 2021, which marks the
beginning of the Year of the Ox. Did you know that Baijiu is said to be the most consumed spirit in the world, but only a small amount is found outside China? We made this Canadian take on Baijiu by using all local grains.
On the nose, this has a hint of sweet vanilla and wheat. The palate is made of mandarin and honey. The finish is warming..... a lot!
