Casa Maestri Single Estate Añejo is produced from estate-grown Blue Weber agave, harvested at peak maturity and crafted entirely on-site to ensure full control from field to bottle. After traditional cooking and fermentation, the tequila is aged in carefully selected oak barrels that add complexity without masking the natural sweetness and herbal depth of the agave.
Nose:
Cooked agave, vanilla, and caramelized oak lead, followed by dried fruit, toasted almond, and soft baking spice. Subtle herbal notes provide freshness.
Palate:
Smooth and well-structured. Sweet agave, toffee, and light chocolate unfold into cinnamon, clove, and roasted nuts. The oak influence is measured and supportive, allowing the agave to remain vibrant.
Finish:
Long, warm, and clean with lingering agave sweetness, gentle spice, and a refined oak dryness.
