Crafted using ancestral methods, the wine is fermented and aged in traditional clay amphorae (tinajas) without the addition of sulfites. It displays a saturated dark violet colour and an intense, earthy bouquet of ripe black fruits, crushed plums, and violets, accented by unique balsamic and mineral undertones. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and remarkably pure, featuring a vibrant acidity and a raw, textured mouthfeel with soft tannins. The finish is clean and persistent, showcasing the unadorned character of Malbec from the high-altitude El Cepillo vineyard.
