The Story
Château La Longua is a second wine of Château Dalem from the Fronsac appellation in the Right Bank of Bordeaux. It's known for being a well-structured, round, and soft Bordeaux with good value. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, offering aromas of dark ripe fruit, chocolate, and tobacco.
Excellent with roasted lamb, beef dishes (like flank steak or shepherd's pie), and rich meat pastries.
