The Story
We had excellent weather conditions for this harvesting season. Grapes from this harvest gave all the qualities required for a great wine. Wonderfully coloured, deep and intense burgundy hue. Tight tannins and very well incorporated. Will age with grace.

A luscious Lafite that is silky and elegant with layers of wonderful violet, berry, cherry and chocolate flavors. It's full-bodied, with racy, refined tannins and good length. Drinkable now, but best from 1999 and through another decade.
