Passion for single malt Scotch whisky has been at the heart of our family business for four generations. The Connoisseur’s Choice range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aromas of coconut and fresh lime zest intertwine with green apples and a hint of ginger spice. Initial peppery notes come to the fore followed by fresh pear, orange and milk chocolate. Subtle floral notes develop with underlying sweetness. A medium-bodied finish with toasted oak and ginger.
