The Story
Langhe Rosso doc Monprà is an elegant red wine made up of Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, then the wine is moved into French oak barrels for the ageing period. It has a ruby red colour with garnet shades. The bouquet is intense, with hints of coffee, pepper, violet and red berries jam. The taste is velvety and warm, with a persistent tannic sensation. We recommend it with Piedmont traditional recipes, red meat and mature cheese.
