The range is a homage to the passion and skill of the Coopers, the craftsmen, who build the barrels for maturation of Scotch Whisky. The range focuses on the impact of maturation in oak, and includes several obscure and rare wood finishes.
This Highland single malt was distilled at the Glenturret distillery in 2010. Stage-named Ruadh Maor to signify the use of their Heavily Peated Malt (peated up to 80ppm!). Only 342 bottles from the cask.

Nose: Acrid smoke and earth peat. Barbecue beef crisps. Seaweed.
Palate: Smoky caramel. Bonfire ash and sweet malt. Vanilla. Sea salt with soot.
