Decadent Drams Glen Garioch 2003 21 Year Old 55.1% ABV

Welcome to Decadent Drams!  

This is the new bread and butter brand from Decadent Drinks. It’s our home for all sorts of spirits: cognac, rum, armagnac, calvados and anything else we might unearth over the years ahead. It’s also the home for all the various whiskies we can source from £00.01, all the way up to £350.00 (ish). It’s going to include potions, small batches, single casks, curiosities, grain whiskies, whiskies from all sorts of different countries, multi-vintages and blends!  

To kick this series off, we wanted to bottle something we felt was a clear demonstration of the quality we intend to achieve and offer on a monthly basis. To begin with something of a fruity bang, so to speak...  

As such, here is a single, 1^st fill hogshead of 2003, 21 year old Glen Garioch Highland Single Malt which we’ve bottled at natural cask strength. It’s a luscious, tropically fruity and waxy example that seems to muddled together old school and modern profiles simultaneously. Like a liquid manifestation of cognitive dissonance!
