The Story
Run by Maison Delamain, La Rambaudie is an exceptional 21-hectare vineyard. Located on the edge of a wood in the commune of Malaville, it belongs to the Grande Champagne region, the premier and best vintage of Cognac. Made up of three valleys, its north-south exposure allows it to benefit from the sun all day long in summer. Domaine La Rambaudie's eaux-de-vie are distilled in November, in a 25-hectolitre still, with a very slow pour at the end of the good toasting in order to preserve richly fruity notes.
