The Story
This hand-crafted single malt was produced by Highland distillery, Edradour which is referred to as Scotland's "Little Gem." The spirit was distillled in 2011, and underwent full maturation in Oloroso sherry butts, adding a fruity complexity to Edradour's signature rich, creamy spirit. It was then bottled in 2023 at natural cask strength with no added colour.
