Medium-bodied and dry with a very attractive mix of ripe red and green apple, red berryfruit, and melon on entry and subtle chamomile and floral notes appearing on the midpalate. Theclean finish features fresh fruit, floral/herbal notes, and a mineral texture. The 2023 Rosé is anextremely versatile and refreshing wine that is great year-round on its own or paired with justabout any type of food.
