Bright ruby red colour, typical for Sangiovese. Very intense smell of blackcurrants, cherries and Mediterranean maquis. On the palate it immediately shows great freshness and minerality, good tannins and structure, a very long finish that shows that Sangiovese has a natural elegance and depth even in its less polished expressions. Also perfect for summer, but then served a little cooler.
