The Story
Maestro Dobel Diamante (often simply referred to as their Cristalino) holds the unique distinction of being the world's very first Cristalino tequila.
To create this innovative expression, Maestro Dobel blends 100% Blue Weber Agave Extra Añejo, Añejo, and Reposado tequilas that have been aged in new Balkan white wood barrels. The aged blend is then subjected to a proprietary filtration process that removes the color while leaving all the complex, oak-driven flavors intact.
In the glass, it pours crystal clear but drinks like a lightly aged spirit. The nose offers mild oak, roasted agave, and a touch of sweet vanilla. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and crisp, delivering a unique profile of bright citrus, prickly pear, honey, and subtle baking spices. Because of its clarity and smoothness, it works beautifully sipped neat or as a luxurious upgrade in cocktails.
