Because it isn't watered down, it completely amplifies the signature Maker's Mark flavor profile. You still get that incredibly smooth, approachable wheat character, but with massive, concentrated layers of rich vanilla, deep oak, and bold baking spice that you won't find in the standard 90-proof release.
NOSE
Huge aromas of heavily toasted oak, dark caramel, rich vanilla bean, and a hint of sweet tobacco.
PALATE
Thick, rich, and intensely flavorful. Waves of sweet brown sugar, vanilla cream, and dark cherry are beautifully balanced by a bold, warming cinnamon spice.
FINISH
Exceptionally long, smooth, and chest-warming with lingering notes of sweet caramel and seasoned oak.
