The Story

On the occasion of the 280th anniversary of Moët & Chandon, the Champagne House was inspired by a historical collaboration with the Art Nouveau artist Alphonse Mucha and designed a limited gift box that reflects the timeless elegance, modernity and joie de vivre of the champagne Impérial Brut. The illustration of the gift box is reminiscent of Muchas' famous works used by Moët & Chandon around 1900. She is inspired by nature and shows an elegant woman as a symbol of beauty and wealth.


92 Points - 

An elegant version, fine and creamy in texture and backed by lively, orange peel acidity. A streak of smoke-tinged minerality underscores flavors of almond madeleine, poached pear, anise and preserved lemon. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

90 Points - 

This Champagne gets better and better. It has a fine dryness with a crisp apple and citrus character. That goes with the touches of maturity that give the wine fine balance.

Nicely complex aromas here, from dried apples, peaches and pears to candied citrus and brioche. It’s fruity, soft and rounded on the palate. Medium-bodied, lightly honeyed and balanced. Blend of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay.
