Pago de los Capellanes Doroteo 2020 is a limited edition red wine, created to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the winery and to honor Doroteo Rodero, father of Paco Rodero, founder of the bodega. Produced from century-old Red Fino (Tempranillo) vines in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, this wine matures for 36 months in French oak barrels and, subsequently, at least 24 months in bottle. It presents an intense and bright cherry-red color, with aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic notes, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, and balanced, with polished tannins and a persistent finish.
