Heaven’s Door Bootleg Series 3

The Heaven’s Door Bootleg Series Volume 3, released in late 2021, is a limited-edition
13-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in Spanish Vino de Naranja casks.

Technical Specifications:
Age: 13 years.
Proof: 121.2 (60.6% ABV), bottled at cask strength.
Finishing: Secondarily aged for approximately one year in barrels that previously held
orange wine (macerated with bitter orange peel) from Southern Spain.
Release Size: Limited to 3,949 bottles.
Packaging & Art
Each bottle is a handmade ceramic decanter featuring Bob Dylan’s painting titled "Sunday
Afternoon," which depicts a coastal boating scene. The bottle is presented in a bespoke
leather journal case with ornate detailing inspired by traditional Spanish architecture.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Grilled peach, rye spice, buttered popcorn, and hints of cinnamon and orange
chocolate.
Palate: Viscous mouthfeel with notes of dark honey, black pepper, maraschino cherry, and
toasted oak.
Finish: Complex and lingering with flavors of cream soda, candied orange, chocolate, and
graham cracker.
