Crafted from a unique high-rye mash bill of 55% locally sourced corn, 40% rye, and 5% malted barley, it is bottled without chill-filtration at 92 proof (46% ABV). It delivers a beautifully complex flavor profile that perfectly balances the sweet, comforting notes of a classic bourbon with the bright, peppery spice of a robust rye.
NOSE
Inviting aromas of sweet honeycomb, warm vanilla bean, toasted oak, and a distinct, peppery rye spice.
