This Single Barrel Rye is bottled entirely uncut at a formidable 118.2 proof (59.10% ABV). Each barrel is hand-selected to highlight a specific flavor pillar (like oak and pepper, fruit and floral, or caramel and vanilla), resulting in an incredibly viscous, intensely flavorful, and undeniably robust rye experience.
NOSE
Deep and complex with rich aromas of dark brown sugar, earthy barrel char, dry rye grain, and intense baking spices.
PALATE
Viscous and thick, delivering a massive wave of peppery rye spice, deep caramel, toasted oak, and dark fruit drizzled in syrup.
FINISH
Exceptionally long, warming the chest with lingering notes of dark chocolate, burnt caramel, tannic oak, and a spicy rye kick.
